At Snehsetu Foundation, we deeply value the trust and support of our donors. Every contribution helps us continue our mission of feeding and treating street animals, serving Gau Mata, and supporting underprivileged individuals with food, clothes, and essential resources.
1. Donations
All donations made to Snehsetu Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable and welfare activities.
2. Errors in Donation
In case of any duplicate transaction or error in payment, donors are requested to contact us within 7 working days using our official contact details.
After verification, if a genuine error is identified, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
3. Event / Program Contributions
Contributions made towards specific events, campaigns, programs, or sponsorships are also non-refundable.
If any event or program is cancelled or modified, the collected funds will be redirected towards similar animal welfare or humanitarian activities.
4. Tax Benefits
Donations made to Snehsetu Foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable Indian laws, subject to registration under Section 80G / 12A of the Income Tax Act.
Donation receipts will be issued for all successful contributions.
